Heidi Solomon-Orlick is an award-winning business process outsourcing industry veteran with over 35 years of global sales, marketing and executive leadership experience. Heidi currently serves as Chief Growth Officer for The DORS Group providing guidance and oversight for the organization's overall marketing strategy and expansion plans.
Heidi is a 2x author who, in 2022, released the highly acclaimed book “Heels to Deals: How Women Are Dominating in Business-to-Business Sales." Heels to Deals won a Silver Stevie Award in 2023 for Book of the Year. On a personal note, Heidi is a 2x Gold Stevie Award Winner for Women of the Year in Sales and Worldwide Sales Executive of the Year. In 2023, Heidi won a Bronze Stevie in the Women Helping Women category for her female empowerment and DE&I initiatives. Heidi is listed in the Top 100 Women Magazine, is featured in UserGems 27 Gems in Sales, Top Sales Magazine and is listed in the Top 100 Women in Sales published by Demandbase in both 2022 and 2023.
In the past year, Heidi was recognized by HireQuotient and won the Global People’s Choice Award for excellence in sales leadership where she was featured on the Nasdaq in NYC. Most recently Heidi was honored as a Top 50 Women Leader of New Hampshire.
